Okay here is the map. If you zoom in on the "B" in Camp Williams, you will see the area where the Officer's Club is. Party starts at 6 so be on time if you want to eat. The path on this map is a little wrong the real path will take you past the helipad. Just take Redwood Road to the top of the hill and turn left at the stoplight.
